Fitness taking a new form in our modern life. It seems great to see people are becoming more concerned about their health and fitness. Or should I say, only fitness? Because many of us only focus on how they look rather than improving their whole physical health.

It's not very difficult to understand the difference between health and fitness. The problem is we are concerning more about our appearance. Like this era of social media, social expectation makes us more vulnerable to focus solely on fitness.

So, what should we do? The answer is simple, isn't it?

When you only focus on fitness, you improve your physical ability. That means you get stronger and better physically. But there is no guarantee that it will impact positively your health. You still can have an unhealthy life while having good muscle.

And on the other hand, by health we mean everything that is related to our body and mind. Our food, our lifestyle, our mental health, everything. So there's no need to tell if we become more health-focused it will be much helpful.

Now the question is, how can we achieve that?

Don't focus on 'what others have to say about it. If you are going to the gym every day and working on developing your muscles, this never guarantee a good state of mind.

  • Try to make a balance in your lifestyle.
  • Focus on everything related to health, not just physical health.

The best thing about focusing on health is, it covers everything. You can have better fitness, a better state of mind, and a better lifestyle; depends on what you are working on.

The focus should be on the both fitness and health.
I don't think anyone is superior over the other because if I have a bad health, I simply can't get to the gym.

Keeping fit by working out, whatsoever means, hitting the gym doing yoga, it helps the general wellbeing stimulating better health.

I totally agree with you, if we do home workouts that will be enough to stay healthy. Thanks for your opinion

Yeah, that included does it.
Home workouts are very helpful and necessary, no excuse not to keep fit, if you dig.
