Feeling less energetic at work? Here's what you need to do!

It's very common to feel less productive some days. Not like someone is lazy or usually less active at work but sometimes it feels like going away with all our responsibilities. But think habit can kill what you have built so far in your workplace, right?

There's no way to feel less energetic and reflect it for a loner period of time at work. It's okay if you feel this way sometimes but keeps your strategy clear like, what you need to do if you feel sleepy or less productive at work. Follow your list so you can kill the laziness!

Let's see how we can make that possible!

  • Grab a coffee.
  • Have some physical activity like walking in the office around.
  • Do something interesting like talking with a co-worker for a minute to boost your energy.
  • Make your day goals clear so you can measure how much you have achieved so far.
  • Do something fruitful/exciting in your leisure hour or lunch period.
  • Pause and go like take a break, have some rest and then start with better energy.
  • Don't make yourself feel sleepy, talk, check your pending worklist, do something so you feel energized.

However what matters most is how we motivate ourselves. If we see the bigger picture, how our laziness is impacting our work we would not behave the same way. In many workplaces, it doesn't handle lightly. So it's better to make our hack list clear so we can apply wherever needed.

But as I was saying, there are some days when we can't help ourselves. Then do something I have pointed out here. I hope that would be really helpful!

I'd really really really like to make use of option one but coffee just ends up boosting my anxiety; damn I miss coffee.

Make your day goals clear so you can measure how much you have achieved so far.

This one is my nemesis \o\
