Don't forget to enjoy your diet!

Diet- the sound sounds boring. And we make it even more boring by choosing some colorless, tasteless food. But think how it will impact you if you can lose weight and have a healthy life without compromising with the food you love!

We know, it's not totally possible. But at least we can try to add more color and taste to our meal, right?

And when we talk about diet, one thing I always say "don't skip every food you like". There is nothing wrong to keep some or eat them occasionally.

It's not a good plan to skip everything and reach your 'health goal' and then start doing everything. To keep the consistency we need to make a few change in our whole lifestyle. But as I was saying, this doesn't mean you can't attend any party, leave all your comfort food.

So, what could be our plan?

Making our meal tasty can be a good option. Don't just eat salad or half-boiled food. Add healthy oil, nuts, healthy cheese to not miss out on the taste.

Don't shift overnight from your previous meal plan to a new plan. Your tongue will force you to cheat. So better move slow.

Keep a positive environment during your meal. Add warm light, music, or whatever you like.

Take your food as an opportunity for self-care. Think this way like you are treating yourself for the best.

However, what matters most is how you are seeing your whole diet journey. If you are positive about it, you will enjoy it. So make some clear goals, motivate yourself and remind yourself why you are doing this.
