[Horror] Optima: The Cursed Typewriter (Part 1)

The antique store was a dark and dusty place, full of old furniture and outdated decorative items. Among all the clutter, one elegant old typewriter stood out: an Optima, made in Germany in the 1920s. The machine had been brought by a traveling salesman who passed through town a few weeks ago, and the store owner had bought it immediately.

Since then, strange occurrences began to happen in the store. Some of the customers swore they heard the typewriter running by itself during the night. Others claimed to have seen the shadow of a person typing on the machine. The owner of the store, an older man named Tomás, didn't believe these stories and simply ignored them.

But one day, a young writer named Lucas came into the store. He was looking for inspiration for his next horror novel and had heard about the mysterious Optima. The typewriter seemed like the perfect piece for his home studio, so he decided to buy it.

"That's an interesting choice," Thomas said, "but I have to warn you, there's something strange about that machine."

Lucas smiled, "I don't believe in superstitions, buddy. I just need a good typewriter."

Tomas handed him the machine and Lucas went home, excited to use it for his novel. But as soon as he started typing on the Optima, something strange began to happen. The typewriter seemed to have a mind of its own, as if someone or something was manipulating the keys.

"What the hell?" muttered Lucas, pausing to look at the machine. But the machine kept typing, forming words and phrases he hadn't written.

"Who's there?" asked Lucas, assuming someone had broken in. But there was no answer.

Lucas got up from his chair and walked to the door of his study, but no one was there. The house was silent, except for the steady sound of the typewriter keys.

Suddenly, the machine started typing something new: "I am Optima. I've been waiting for you."

Lucas was startled. How was it possible that a typewriter could talk? But before he could respond, the Optima began typing again, "I have a story for you, Lucas. A story you've never heard before."

Lucas sat back down in front of the machine, feeling a strange attraction to it. The machine began to type, and Lucas felt a shiver run down his spine as he read the words that appeared on the page.

The story was about a young German woman named Eva, who had been murdered in 1925 by her jealous and violent husband.

Lucas was completely absorbed in the story the typewriter was writing. It seemed so real, so vivid, that it was as if he was right there, witnessing the events as they unfolded.

The story continued, revealing gruesome details about Eva's murder and the subsequent disappearance of her husband, who was never caught by the police. The typewriter also told the story of how the Optima had been Eva's property, and how the machine seemed to have a mysterious connection to her tragic death.

Lucas was fascinated, but also terrified. How was it possible that a typewriter could tell such a vivid and detailed story? Was it just his imagination, or was there something else at play here?

Suddenly, the Optima stopped. Lucas stared at the blank page, wondering what had happened. Then the machine started typing again, but this time the words were different.

"Free me," the message read. "Free me from this curse."

Luke shuddered as he read the words. What did that mean? Was there something wrong with the typewriter? Was there something he could do to set it free?
Suddenly, there was a strange noise behind him. Lucas turned around, but saw nothing out of the ordinary. However, he could feel a strange, sinister presence in the room, as if something was watching him from the shadows.

Suddenly, the lights in the room began to flicker, and the Optima began to write louder, as if something was trying to communicate with him. But this time, the words were different.

"I will find you, Lucas," the message read. "I will find you and I will make you pay for what you did to Eva."

Lucas was terrified - what was the machine talking about? How could it know anything about his personal life? But before he could do anything, the typewriter began to shake violently, as if it was about to explode.

Suddenly, the Optima burst open, revealing a series of strange gears and mechanisms inside. Lucas stared at the machine, completely amazed and terrified by what he had just witnessed.

Then, something strange began to happen. A strange mist began to emanate from the Optima, filling the room with its strange aroma. Luke stood watching, fascinated, as the mist curled around him like a pair of cold arms.

"This can't be real," Lucas thought, struggling to remain calm. "It can't be real."

But it was. The typewriter had come to life, and now it was about to drag him into its dark and sinister world. Could Lucas find the strength to fight this evil force, or would he fall prey to the Optima's curse?
