Hello guys

How are you all doing, I am glad to participate in this newbies initiative task1, it has been a 4 months since I created a hive account and I have a goal I which I plan to active here on Hive community, so setting goals is something that I have always done.

In this task 1 am going to express how I which to achieve my goals here within 3 months.

Question 1

What are the benefits of setting goals?
Setting a goal has many benefits, I my own where setting a goal about anything I wish to achieve can make you seat up and work towards it to make sure you achieve it, for example setting a goal here on hive will make me very serious to make sure I achieve my goal though matter how I feel when I return from work, so it is very important to set a goal

Question 2

What are your hive Goals by the end of the initiative (in 3 months) in terms of Hive power, followers, comments and engagement and others Hive related goals you have in mind?
This is my 4 months of being here in hive community and I have been able to achieve many goals here.

In terms of Hive power, I am currently 279HP including 18HP delegated to me that means I have been able to achieve 261HP wow! With this effort I think in 3 months of this initiative I should be able to achieve at least 400HP by the grace of God.

Since I have join this platform I have make greater than or equal to 958 comments since I began blogging on this hive community and I am planning to make 800 comment before the end of this initiative.

Talking about followers, I currently have 64 followers so with this I think at the end of 3 months I should be able to have at least 80 followers

Question 3

How do you plan to achieve them
My goal of making 400HP of my own is going to be possible if and only if I am very active here in hive community by posting, upvoting others and also commenting.
Posting here can boost my HP if I get upvoted that means I will put more effort to post at least 3 times a week and also joining different community and post also.
Well is not just posting I have to post something interesting and also to a right community while I follow the rules if the community and with that I will be able to move people to upvote my post.
Being active in a particular community will also help me to get more votes when posting, commenting in other people work and also upvoting. with this it will really help me to get upvoted in my post which will increase my HP when being pays out.
Upvoting other people work will also help me to get curator reward has HP when the person post is being payout.
Also by commenting on other people post can get me upvote which can also boost my HP and also doing some power up. With this my goals to get 200HP will be very simple for me

As regards comments, my goals is to made 900 comments in the next 3month, and this will be possible by visiting other people post and make a quality comments.

About followers, for me to get more followers is just for me to follow other people, make a quality comments on other people post and also posting something interesting. With that many people will love to follow me.

About my reputation, I am currently having 61 reputation and my goal is to get 63 reputation and this will be possible to be if I am active by posting and also get much upvoted from different user.

Question 4

What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals?

To be sincere, the challenge I face most at times is time,due to the type of work I do in which I feel so tire when I am back from work, I and upholstery artists which I deals is car interior like seat cover, door carpet and others interior.

Another thing is sometimes the network of my area is very bad in which sometimes I will love to read other people work and comment or even to make a post and I will not be able to just because of network.

And lastly my phone memory is full which make the phone to be hanging in which I need to get a new one.
That is all I can write about my tasks 1.
