Chicken Braised with Parsley, Potatoes, and Carrots
Good evening, friends who read my posts in the @hivefood community. It’s a pleasure to greet you all. Welcome to my blog.

Today, I’m stopping by this community once again to share a super delicious dish I made today to enjoy for lunch with my family: chicken stewed with potatoes, mustard, and parsley. I also made some black beans and white rice as sides, and for a drink, I had a pineapple soda.

The ingredients I used in this dish were: 6 chicken thighs, 4 medium potatoes, 2 carrots, and plenty of fresh herbs such as celery, leeks, parsley, cilantro, sweet peppers, and onion, 2 tablespoons of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and 5 crushed garlic cloves.

This succulent dish is very easy and quick to prepare, since chicken is generally a protein with a fairly tender texture.
The first thing I did was wash the chicken thighs thoroughly with plenty of water, place them in a skillet with water and salt, and cook for 15 minutes until the water had reduced and the thighs were no longer bleeding. Then I added the potatoes, cut into wedges, along with the carrots; I placed all these vegetables, along with the blended seasonings, on top of the chicken and let it cook for ten minutes.

Finally, continue cooking for 5 more minutes, add the mustard, stir, and add the finely chopped parsley to garnish and serve.

I’ll tell you, the chicken, the beans, and the whole meal in general were finger-licking good—absolutely delicious.
Well, friends, that’s all for now. I’ve finished this post, and I’ll see you in the next one. May God watch over you and be with you always. Warm regards and hugs.
