Saludos amigos de #hive, aquí me tienen una vez más con ustedes para compartir parte de lo que fue mi forma de celebrar la Navidad del año 2021.
Greetings friends of #hive, here you have me once again with you to share part of what was my way of celebrating Christmas in 2021.
Desde el 16 de Diciembre asistí a las misas de aguinaldo que se celebran desde hace muchos años en las iglesias católicas de Venezuela y el mundo, esta es una manera de conectar con el verdadero significado de la navidad, que va más allá de estrenos, regalos o cenas navideñas, que también son tradiciones del pueblo venezolano.
Since December 16 I attended the Christmas bonus masses that have been celebrated for many years in the Catholic churches of Venezuela and the world, this is a way to connect with the true meaning of Christmas, which goes beyond premieres, gifts or Christmas dinners, which are also traditions of the Venezuelan people.
“Las «Misas de Aguinaldo» son celebraciones litúrgicas propias de la novena de navidad celebradas entre el 16 y el 24 de diciembre, como característica propia de la Iglesia Venezolana, ya que en este periodo de espera penitente no se permiten cantos alegres dentro de las celebraciones, sin embargo solamente para Venezuela la Iglesia católica ha hecho una excepción, principalmente por ser estos cantos una tradición de veneración al nacimiento de Jesucristo arraigada en los fieles desde hace muchos años." “The "Aguinaldo Masses" are liturgical celebrations typical of the Christmas novena celebrated between December 16 and 24, as a characteristic of the Venezuelan Church, since in this period of penitent waiting, no happy songs are allowed within the celebrations. However, only for Venezuela the Catholic Church has made an exception, mainly because these songs are a tradition of veneration of the birth of Jesus Christ rooted in the faithful for many years. Al salir de misa, regresábamos a casa entonando aguinaldos y parrandas, mientras que por las noches la parrandita recorría las calles de los sectores de la comunidad con cantos y llevando a través de la lectura de la palabra de Dios un mensaje de esperanza por el nacimiento de nuestro salvador.
When leaving mass, we returned home singing Christmas bonuses and parties, while at night the parrandita walked the streets of the sectors of the community with songs and carrying through the reading of the word of God a message of hope for the birth of our savior.
Otra misa a la que no podía faltar porque en ella desde hace nueve doy gracias a Dios por el nacimiento de mi hija Mariana, fue la de noche buena, en ella además de celebrar la víspera de la Navidad le cantaron cumpleaños a mi hija y a otro de los niños de la parroquia, un momento muy alegre que coleccionaré para la posteridad.
Another mass that I could not miss because in it for nine years I have given thanks to God for the birth of my daughter Mariana, it was the Good Night, in addition to celebrating Christmas Eve they sang birthdays to my daughter and another of the children of the parish, a very joyous moment that I will collect for posterity.
Un momento muy emotivo fue cuando nos pidieron el 25 de diciembre acompañar en una merienda organizada para los niños de la parroquia, la alegría de los más necesitados al escuchar los cantos navideños y al saber que son tomados en cuenta por personas de buen corazón es un sentimiento que llena el alma de paz y abre una ventana de esperanza en un mundo lleno de corazones rotos.
A very emotional moment was when they asked us on December 25 to accompany in an organized snack for the children of the parish, the joy of those most in need when listening to Christmas songs and knowing that they are taken into account by people with good hearts is a feeling that fills the soul with peace and opens a window of hope in a world full of broken hearts.
Para fin de año también acudí a misa con mis niños, como una forma de agradecer a Dios por todas las bendiciones recibidas durante el 2021, pedir por la memoria de todos los que se marcharon ante la presencia del señor a causa del Covid-19, por los enfermos y para recibir el 2022 con la presencia de Dios en el corazón. No hubo foto en la iglesia porque se me quedó el teléfono en casa, más lo importante fue haber vivo ese instante junto a mis hijos.
By the end of the year I also attended Mass with my children, as a way of thanking God for all the blessings received during 2021, asking for the memory of all those who left in the presence of the Lord because of Covid-19 and for the sick, and to receive 2022 with the presence of God in our hearts. There was no photo in the church because I kept the phone at home, the most important thing was to have lived that moment with my children.
