Cooking and enjoying another nutrient rich meal

Hello Hive

Its another time again we have decided to enjoy some nutrient rich protein meals.

This is one of our favorite choice.
A beans prepared moi moi with eggs and liver.

I haven't been a fan of beans meals because of the discomfort, flatulence and constipation that comes with it, but I have been taught and learnt how to circle my way around it to minimize those discomfort.

  • Eat during the day and early enough before bed, meaning that this cannot be eating for dinner rather it can serve for breakfast and lunch

  • Eating a reasonable portion. This I do by either taking little portions of the meal per time so I don't get overfull.

  • Tea helps, Often times i take some warm tea along side it which also helps to burn down the food in no time.

That's just some little effort I put in place to help me enjoy this food.

We have a male chef today 😆😃😂.

We are one big family here. Both friends and people who come around the house often come together to play eat and talk.

This is so easy to prepare, we just peel some clean beans and add seasonings pepper crayfish and some basic ingredients.

All tied up in in bit and allowed to cook.

You may want to enjoy this with pap, tea, milk or any drink of your choice.

You sure its the beans and not the eggs that give you all that bad impacts?

I had to give up eggs because of all that but I have no problems with beans...

And if the eggs are even slightly off, they can give you Salmonella poisoning...whether that be a mild dose which gives you the cramping and the farting, all the way to Vomiting and Diarrhea...My ex got it. It lasted for weeks and he was really sick and couldn't control any of his system- top and bottom....🤢😬

Oh, sorry about the infection I can imagine how bad that can be.

Well we all react to certain food differently, I haven't heard about eggs before but for beans its very common around here, like 3 persons in my house do not eat beans meal at all because of those disconfort.

Which means that we got to each whatever we eat.

Have you done experiments on yourself? I always do with food to work out which one is causing the issues.

Maybe eat some eggs by themselves to see how you go, then a week later eat some beans by themselves and see what happens than you will know for sure.

Is it all beans or just a certain type?

Its all type of beans,.. I like your experiment, its a good way to find out.
I have eating eggs with no problem, but beans is a common problem, I also know that from a few people.
