Fruit Hunting and Harvest Prioritize eating healthy and beneficial fruits for our health
Hello Hive
Happy new week to us all I pray that the new week works in our favour and may we enjoy the very best of it.
We have had one of the most longest weekend ever and been so tired I stayed away from online for the longest time ever. I was able to make it to church on Sunday which was yesterday before retiring to my bed and resting as much as I can.

Last weekend, we were able to complete a major part of our weeding exercise like I have bloggged about earlier. The weeds covered almost all the crops here, from the corn down to the pepper farms, the vaste fluted pumpkins and even into the recently planted okro.
Now that the rains have begun to fall we trust God some of the crops that were finding it challenging to grow due to I sufficient rain water will begin to do well now.

Part of what we have gone out doing on Saturday was to hunt for some free fruits. Fruits are getting more scarce and expensive as the day passes by. I continue to wonder why not so many people value eating of fruits.
Most of the community people here eats a lot of starchy food, they prefer to eat as much of what will fill up their belly rather than harness the vitamins and minerals present in fruits.
I wish that I can teach more people to prioritize eating of fruits as they more beneficial to our healths than the loads of starchy foods they consume.

Eating healthy and balanced diet is important for our health , often times it's not about quantity but quality and fruits are very beneficial for our health ...
Before now it is possible to see fruit trees almost everywhere around us, anyone can plug different types of fruits for free but due to estate management and construction of houses nos most fruit trees have been cut down and fruits are no longer readily available

To eat certain fruits you have to purchase the ones sold at the market which have been brought in from other location.
With Any opportunity we get to the reach our farm farm on our own, we often move further into the bushes where we can get fruits for free. So far there are a few available ones here that people can still harvest for free.
It is important to plant fruit trees and grow some of these healthy fruits within our environment. In my father's compound, we do have some orange trees which pepper heva been enjoying it's fruits for a long time now, I hope that more people will come to realize the benefits of eating fruits and prioritize the planting of fruit trees is strategic places in the community
🌱 It’s inspiring to see the effort behind weeding and harvesting, and how it all connects to healthy living. Growing and eating your own fruits is truly rewarding—great work! 👏🍎
Thank you, we watch some bananas and orange trees here just to reserve some fruits for ourselves.
