Yesterday I was informed by the school that my daughter had to attend a school trip today, which seemed a bit unexpected and imprudent of them to give notice from one day to the next.

Así empezó el día, 7:00 am nublado, gris y con fuertes lluvia.
Ayer me avisaron de la escuela que mi hija debía asistir hoy a una excursión escolar, lo que me pareció un poco imprevisto e imprudente de su parte avisar de un día para otro.
Mi hija necesitaría ir preparada y llevar algunas cosas. Después de todo ella fue a la excursión y tuvo un día agradable con sus profesoras y compañeros de clases.
La escuela está preparando un evento para junio (fiestas junina).
Ambos tendrán que participar, cada grado debe preparar un bailé y yo mandarles hacer un traje.

Foi assim que o dia começou, às 7h da manhã, nublado, cinzento e com chuva forte.
Ontem, a escola me informou que minha filha teria que participar de uma excursão escolar hoje, o que me pareceu um pouco inesperado e imprudente da parte deles avisar com tão pouco tempo de antecedência.
Minha filha precisaria se preparar e levar algumas coisas. Afinal, ela participou da excursão e passou um dia agradável com seus professores e colegas de classe.
