Got Constellation 2 Raiden Shogun!

Raiden Shogun and Ayato's rerun banners just came out today on Genshin Impact. I already have both of these characters. However, I had lots of primogems saved up and made the decision to get some constellations for Raiden Shogun. She's one of my most used characters (after Zhongli and Kazuha) because she's very overpowered. Her C2 is probably one of the most powerful constellations at C2. So I thought I might as well pull for 2 copies of her to get this. I've never got a featured character's constellation before, because I preferred having a variety of 5 star characters at c0. However I'm looking into investing my primogems to make my existing characters more stronger, whether that's through constellations or 5 star weapons. C2 Raiden is a perfect start because it's a worthy investment if you're looking into making Raiden Shogun a main dps as she does a more significant amount of damage.

This is her C2 constellation. Basically she ignores 60% of the opponents DEF with her ultimate ability. Her burst already does a ton of dmg so adding this constellation makes it even stronger. (The reason why raiden is very op is because her ultimate also gives energy to the rest of the team so everyone's ults load up faster.) Having both dmg and support capabilities are a reason why I enjoy playing with Raiden. Her C1 isn't too bad either. She will basically gain resolve faster. (More resolve = More ultimate damage.)

I did some test runs. In the first image shes at c0. I'm fighting the Primo Geovishap with her solo to test her raw damage. So without any supports/buffs of any kind she did over 43k. In the second image she's at c2. Again I used no supports/buffs and she did 62k. So this is roughly a 44% dmg increase. Also this is just the big slash at the start. After this, her smaller slashes also do more damage. With her c2, this of course increases as well.

With the right supports and decent artifacts her burst dmg could go over 400k which is crazy. Overall I'm super happy with my C2 Raiden Shogun. Hopefully I have an easier time 36 starring spiral abyss as I've started struggling with that recently. If you're thinking of pulling on either Ayato or Raiden good luck to you! My wishes were pretty average luck. I unfortunately missed twice but kind of made up for it with early pity. It took me 33k primogems to get two copies of Raiden. 😅 Hoping you all get better luck than me haha.
