Cooked A Healthy Dinner ๐Ÿฅ•

Today I put together a healthy meal for dinner. I made a hummus bowl with roasted cauliflower. It was pretty easy and straightforward to make. It contains cauliflower, chickpeas, hummus and veggies. It tasted very nice and healthy! ๐Ÿ˜Š

How has everyone's day been? Mine has been alright. I've just been doing school work. Most of my internals are nearly done, and in most of my classes we're focusing on externals.

Sumeru update for genshin came out yesterday. With my free time I've been exploring the new world. It looks amazing so far! I might make a blog post about it.

Hummus is healthy and I think its made from chick peas so you got plenty of chick pea goodness in this meal! Good luck on your internals and externals, I have no idea what those are but ya, hope they go well. And yes please on an other Genshin post!

Your dinner does indeed look healthy and delicious. Although I don't particularly like cauliflower, I'd substitute it with broccoli.
