The Most Delicious Sanger Espresso Coffee, The Coffee Becak Version

Good night everyone..

Today is Saturday, April 02, 2022. One day before the month of Ramadan I can still drink coffee in the afternoon. It's not perfect if you don't visit a coffee shop to enjoy a cup of delicious coffee. But today I drank coffee in a different place with a different atmosphere than usual. I choose an open place to be different from the others. It's 12 km from my house to this place, including the distance if you just drink coffee. But it doesn't matter, it's normal because I play my game every day further from this place.

As I said above, today I chose a place to drink coffee in an open area. After walking through various streets in this city, I saw a place to drink coffee that was different from usual. I chose to stop at the hangout “Coffee Becak” which was abbreviated as “Cobec” by the owner of this tavern. The location is located at Jalan T. Hamzah, to be precise in front of the former North Aceh Regent's Office.

Arriving at this location, I immediately ordered "Kopi Sanger" a la Coffee Becak to the owner. Immediately my order was made. I watched how my sanger coffee was processed step by step. Starting from the selection of coffee beans, then the coffee beans are ground with a grinding machine that is accommodated using a special container (portafilter), then the coffee grounds in the container are pressed with a stamp-shaped tool or called a "coffee tamper" to compact the coffee grounds before being paired. to the espresso machine. After the coffee grounds in the portafilter are solid, then the portafilter is attached to the coffee machine in a precise and tight position so that the coffee essence flows smoothly in the glass. Mineral water flows automatically through a special pipe into the coffee machine so that the coffee and water mix together to produce delicious coffee, of course. After these steps have been carried out correctly, the owner of the coffee becak simply presses the "ON" button so that the coffee essence comes out slowly from the machine. Because I ordered cold espresso sanger coffee, the shop owner added the right amount of milk/creamer to make this delicious coffee.

Without further ado, I immediately enjoyed the sanger coffee a la "Coffee Becak". With a cold taste that makes my thirst disappear immediately. I think this place is very classic, lined up with several tables and chairs for guests who visit here. Coupled with the existence of bamboo trees that make this place different from other places.

NOTE: The point is the taste of coffee "Still bitter even though the addition of sugar, the taste never lies"
