I WAS PRANKED

It was a fine day when I woke up from my brief nap late that afternoon, I had been at work for over 9hours because I had to take someone else's shift because she had an emergency at home, she's my friend at work and I knew I had to help her in any way I could, but that day left me is weak a d tired that I slept all through the day and I wasn't even done with the sleep, I had only woken up to nature calling.

I wasn't fully awake and I dragged my feet on the ground while trying to locate the toilet since I was pressed and I had to go quickly, even that one I knew even in my subconsciousness. As I move to enter the bathroom , I didn't except what happened , I got a big scared of my younger brother, I had thought I was the only one at home but nah, he had found a way to get into the house, immediately he jumped out of the bathroom door, a the sleep on my eye vanished and the next thing he said was "April fool!!! I was so pissed I couldn't even get angry because he was just a small boy then, I just looked at him and shaked my head because I couldn't believe that just happened to me.

I had vowed to get back at him but I never got the time to because I was always busy, but I do play a prank on my mom once and I wasn't happy about the after effect, though it was very funny, my mom happy about it, I and my siblings laughed over it every time.

My mom had gone to the market that day and had asked me to prepare food for her and I had the food prepared as per her instructions, just as I was about to leave the kitchen I heard some noise and I went to find out the source of the noise, there I saw some rats and I called my brother to come to clean them up, well its normal thing in an African home to see rats, then my brother suggested we pranked my mom and it was done.

I had bought out a place and filled it with the six baby rats I found and we covered it up on the table and placed water beside it, my mom came back a few minutes later and she asked that we give her water to wash her hand as it was dirty, and I did, I was so close thinking about her reaction, my brother peeked from the window and that was how my mom open the plate to find nice in them, she scream "Blood of Jesus" I was just laughing, but she wasn't finding it funny, she scolded us and I apologized, but my younger brother was a broadcast as made everyone in the compound knew what was done, and this made my mom every furious and that was it
