Chocolates y turrones/ Chocolates and nougat

Ya estamos pisando la mitad del mes de octubre y coinciden dos fechas que llenan los escaparates de dulces. El Día de Brujas o Halloween y las festividades navideñas que se anuncian con turrones.

Los chocolates especiales de la fotografía son un obsequio que recibí. Fueron comprados en Serbia. El primero sobre la tableta de chocolate con leche tiene lajas de almendras y lonjas de platanitos. El segundo muestra una variedad de frutos del bosque sobre una tableta de chocolate negro. Son verdaderas exquisiteces, elaboradas con criterio de creatividad. Es difícil señalar un favorito pero creo que me quedo con el chocolate con leche y sus tajadas de almendra y platanito.

De turrones hay una extraordinaria variedad, a la torta imperial, el tipo alicante y el llamado turrón blando de mi infancia; se han incorporado el de frutas, crema, yemas, chocolate, maníes y muchos más. Traeré fotografías en próximas publicaciones.

We are already treading the middle of the month of October and two dates coincide that fill the windows with sweets. Halloween or Halloween and the Christmas festivities that are announced with nougat.

The special chocolates in the photo are a gift I received. They were bought in Serbia. The first one on the milk chocolate bar has slabs of almonds and slices of bananas. The second shows a variety of berries on a dark chocolate bar. They are true delicacies, made with criteria of creativity. It's hard to pinpoint a favorite, but I think I'll stick with the milk chocolate and its slices of almond and banana.

There is an extraordinary variety of nougat, to the imperial cake, the Alicante type and the so-called soft nougat from my childhood; fruit, cream, egg yolks, chocolate, peanuts and many more have been incorporated. I will bring photographs in future publications.

Ya lo he visto todos las vitrinas full de turrones, chocolates y brujitas. Andá que bonito post, mi reto anda detenido si mal no recuerdo en la foto 150, en algún momento seguiré. Muchísimas gracias @mllg nunca te olvidas de @laradio.
