The Nigerian Pancake is unlike any other pancake you've ever had. It's quite different from the other regular pancakes, it's simply delicious; with a sweet, savory, and slightly spicy flavor, you won't be able to stop eating it.
Sugar, pepper, and onion are the primary ingredients, which give the pancake a sweet, slightly spicy, and savory flavor that will keep you coming back for more. Other spices and ingredients can be included in addition to the aforementioned ones; it all depends on your preferences.
In my Nigerian style pancakes, I usually use onions and peppers, and they always turn out delicious; you should try it. Here's a simple recipe that you'll prefer. Enjoy!
