The Idea Breakfast || Fried Potato and Pap
In my country, fried potatoes and pap is one of the most popular morning dish (breakfast). Infact alot of family has turned this to a routine, especially Sundays they tend to prepare this dish for breakfast. Last week I visited my Aunt, and in the morning she tends to prepare Fried Potato and Pap for breakfast, I decided to help her out and also capture the step by step process to share with you guys..
Now let begin, shall we 😁. The ingredients are cost effective, infact you only need to buy the potato and the raw pap.
Other Ingredients
Potatoes
Pap
Red Pepper
Onions
Maggi
Salt
Step 1: Peel, chop, and wash the potatoes, then slice them to your desired size in a bowl with salt.
Step 2: Add vegetable oil and pre-heat, sliced the red pepper and onions, and fry.
Step 3: Now take the sliced potatoes piece and gently put it inside the hot oil and fry untill it turns brown.
Step 4: Now boil water, inside a clean bowl set the pap and dilute with ordinary water, stire till everything dissolved.
Step 5: Now mix very well together and add the hot water
Bring out the fried potatoes, add milk to the pap and enjoy..
