Simple Spaghetti And Fish Sauce Recipe || My Monday Review

png_20220117_144054_0000.png

I spent the weekend looking for an affordable shop for my mother, and I found one last week. The shop is located near the main bus stop, which means there will be a lot of foot traffic, which will impacted the business (positivity). However, the problem is that the cost of renting the shop is extremely exorbitant, and the agent in charge even charges an additional fee for agreement and commission. I have no choice except to opt out and find a cheap alternative, which is exactly what I spent the weekend doing. I haven't seen one yet; most are either too expensive or too far away from the main market.

I knew my fans were looking forward to my next recipe, so this morning I prepared Spaghetti with Fish Sauce, which is one of the easiest recipes I've ever made. The steps are simple and take little time; in fact, it should be ready in under 10 minutes.

The Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (Golden Penny Pasta)

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Red Pepper, Tomatoes and Onions

  • Smoked Fish

  • Curry powder and chicken spicy

  • Maggi and Salt

Step 1: Wash and rinse the smoke fish, then blend the red pepper and tomatoes together, you can blend the onions with it if you like or just slice the onions in my own case

Step 2: Parboil the spaghetti, then dry the water off, in a sauce pan, preheat the vegetable oil and fry the pepper and the smoke fish for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Add a little water, then add the curry powder, chicken spicy and maggi, then allow to boil for 5 minutes. Don't forget to add salt to taste. Now pour in the parboiled spaghetti and keep stiring to avoid burnt.

Turn off the heat, then dish out the Spaghetti and enjoy with cold water or drink

Note: The Spaghetti can be served with chicken or turkey if like 🥰😁.

Its quite delicious and nutritious cos I have done a delicacy like this before except that I just call it spaghetti and stew 😁 and I did not mix mine together on fire. It was served separately. I'd try your method out when next I prepare something similar. Keep the food-energy up @mistural .

It not bad either, but it will be nice if you parboiled it first then make a sauce and pour the parboiled spaghetti to the sauce and stir very well.

You can see how easy and straightforward the steps are.

It usually taste great I’m sure you will like it
