My Mum came late last night, and she wasn't really good to make any dinner. So we decided to try a very quick meal. My brother suggested Bread and fried eggs. the process isn't that much, the ingredients are also cost effective and not much. It was late in the night, I didn't calm down to prepare it, but I made sure I snap the step by step process to show you guys.

So let go..... The ingredients are as follows

  • Bread

  • Eggs

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Gino Pepper and Tomato mixture

  • Onions (sliced)

  • Maggi

Step 1: place a small pan on a low medium heat and pre-heat for 1 minute, now add vegetable oil, then heat for some minutes before adding that sliced onions.

Step 2: Add the Gino Pepper and Tomato mixture, and allow to fry for some minutes, while frying quickly crack the eggs in a small bowl and beat very well

Step 3: Pour the egg inside the sauce, and allow to fry for a minute, add the Maggi and a little bit of salt to taste, turn to the other side and fry again.

Step 4: The fried egg is ready, turn off the heat, serve with the bread and enjoy
