Several years ago, a client of mine bought four apartments on the second floor of an old building in the historic quarter. As a result of a long process of reconstruction, he received 4 apartments for delivery to the guests of the city. The idea of ​​investing in the hotel business turned out to be a smart one. The location was well chosen. Tourists like to live near the attraction in rooms overlooking the river. After several years of working with guests of the city, my client realized that he had a desire to increase the number of rooms rented out. Unfortunately, the neighbors refused to sell him the premises on the first floor. My client said that there is no one in the world worse than neighbors.

The only way to increase the leased area was the stairwell space. As a result, our hero turned to me with a request to consider the possibility of re-equipping the staircase space for a hotel room. After a couple of days, I offered him an option for the layout of the hotel room.
