Hola, hola!!! En días recientes les daba algunas perspectivas de cómo podemos aprovechar este espacio para hablar sobre emprendimientos y negocios desde el punto de vista del cliente, y les anunciaba que me había venido una idea para empezar a explorar esto. Asi que vengo a invitarlos hoy a una iniciativa, dónde todos estan invitados a participar.

En mi viaje a la Isla de Margarita tuve la oportunidad de conocer un local en el CC La Vela, que reunía el concepto de un café con librería/ biblioteca. Quizás esto puede ser algo común, pero lo novedoso del concepto era la ambientación, ya que usaron la temática de Harry Potter para recrear el lugar.

Antes de entrar al café hay un tren grande que ya capta la atención de cualquier traseunte del centro comercial. Luego a través de los grandes ventanales puedes apreciar una gran biblioteca y un café. Así no esté en tus planes tomarte el café es realmente irresistible hacer una parada aunque sea solo para mirar aquella obra.

Concepts to Fall in Love . Initiative

Hello, hello!!! In recent days I gave you some perspectives on how we can take advantage of this space to talk about entrepreneurship and business from the customer's point of view, and I announced that I had come up with an idea to start exploring this. So I come to invite you today to an initiative, where everyone is invited to participate.

On my trip to Margarita Island I had the opportunity to visit a place in the CC La Vela, which brought together the concept of a cafe with a bookstore/library. Perhaps this may be something common, but the novelty of the concept was the setting, as they used the Harry Potter theme to recreate the place.

Before entering the cafe there is a large train that already captures the attention of any passerby in the mall. Then through the large windows you can see a large library and a cafe. Even if you don't plan to have coffee, it is really irresistible to make a stop even if it is just to look at that work.

Como puede apreciarse en estas imágenes el lugar es líndisimo. El café divino, venden tortas y sanduches que se ven deliciosos y la atención es muy buena. Puedes acceder a la biblioteca y ojear algún libro mientras te temas el café, o sentarte en las mesitas que recrean el paseo del tren. ¡El lugar es una nota!

Así les presento mi primera iniciativa dentro de esta sección de "cliente" que quiero exploremos juntos y he decidido llamar "El cliente, la razón de ser de cualquier negocio".

Siempre he creído que un buen negocio va más allá del producto o servicio que ofrece, en este caso, sin saber lo que me esperaba dentro de aquél local, lo que realmente me atrapó fue el concepto, la atmósfera del sitio; además me parece que es algo que atrapa a grandes y chicos, a mis hijos les encantó.

Son esos detalles los que transforman una simple compra en una experiencia inolvidable.

Por eso, quiero invitarlos a compartir en este espacio esos negocios que los han cautivado por su concepto único ¿Cuál es ese lugar que visitaron y los dejó maravillados por su creatividad y originalidad? ¿Qué te atrapó o captó tu atención? ¿Qué hizo que la experiencia fuera significativa para ti y la recuerdes hoy?

As you can see in these pictures the place is very nice. The coffee is divine, they sell cakes and sandwiches that look delicious and the service is very good. You can go to the library and browse through some books while you drink your coffee, or sit at the little tables that recreate the train ride. The place is a real highlight!

So I present to you my first initiative within this “customer” section that I want to explore together and I have decided to call “The customer, the raison d'être of any business”.

I have always believed that a good business goes beyond the product or service it offers, in this case, without knowing what was waiting for me inside that place, what really caught my attention was the concept, the atmosphere of the place; besides, it seems to me that it is something that attracts young and old, my children loved it.

It is those details that transform a simple purchase into an unforgettable experience.

Therefore, I would like to invite you to share in this space those businesses that have captivated you with their unique concept. What is that place that you visited and left you amazed by its creativity and originality? What caught your attention? What made the experience meaningful to you and what makes you remember it today?
