Hive Music Festival Week 34 Round 1 | Cover "Hoy"

Finalmente todo conspiró a mi favor para poder grabar algo para el festival, parece mentira que hayan pasado dos meses desde mi última publicación en la comunidad, les confieso que ya extrañaba hacer acto de presencia por aquí. En mi paseo por las presentaciones de mis compañeros me he dado cuenta que se han añadido nuevos participantes y eso es motivo de felicidad para mí, pues recuerdo que desde la primera semana he Sido parte de este hermoso proyecto.

Son muchas las cosas que pasan en mi vida en este momento que me han mantenido ocupada y mi tiempo es más limitado para crear contenido, sin embargo ya hive es parte de mi vida y siempre encontraré un momento para crear, pero además disfrutar del contenido de mis compañeros.

Finally everything conspired in my favor to be able to record something for the festival, it seems unbelievable that two months have passed since my last publication in the community, I confess that I already missed making an appearance here. In my walk through the presentations of my colleagues I have noticed that new participants have been added and that is a source of happiness for me, because I remember that since the first week I have been part of this beautiful project.

There are many things happening in my life right now that have kept me busy and my time is more limited to create content, however hive is part of my life and I will always find a moment to create, but also enjoy the content of my colleagues.

En fin, para esta semana decidí interpretar una canción que me encanta y que además la conocí gracias a mi esposo, fue una dedicatoria pues hemos vivido en carne propia lo que es estar lejos el uno del otro, así que cada palabra cobró vida para mí al escucharla, aunque el compositor de este tema le dió un significado diferente a lo que yo pensé al escucharla, creo que mi manera de sentirla no se aleja tanto al suyo.

Sé que muchas personas no tienen fe en el amor a distancia y sí, puede llegar a ser complicado y doloroso, son muchas las cosas que pasan por la mente del que está esperando a alguien, sobre todo cuando no se tiene certeza del día en que volverá ese amor.

Anyway, for this week I decided to interpret a song that I love and also I met her thanks to my husband, it was a dedication because we have lived firsthand what it is like to be away from each other, so every word came alive for me to hear it, although the composer of this song gave a different meaning to what I thought when I heard it, I think my way of feeling it is not so far from his.

I know that many people do not have faith in long distance love and yes, it can be complicated and painful, there are many things that go through the mind of the one who is waiting for someone, especially when there is no certainty of the day when that love will return.

Sé que en reiteradas oportunidades les he contado sobre esta parte de mi historia de amor, pero cuando algo marca tu vida y además para bien, es imposible no estar agradecido con la vida por darnos la fortuna de superar esa prueba.

Mi problema con esta canción fue cantar al mismo tiempo que tocaba la guitarra, específicamente la parte del coro, después de varias prácticas logré el cometido.

I know that on several occasions I have told you about this part of my love story, but when something marks your life and also for the better, it is impossible not to be grateful to life for giving us the fortune of overcoming that test.

My problem with this song was to sing at the same time I was playing the guitar, specifically the chorus part, after several practices I managed to do it.
