My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2023

My day started out on a good note. My body felt rested and I felt energetic to go about my days business, LOL!!! The same business that has been getting my too tired of late. First things first I fed the chickens, then went to check on how my big man was doing today. He has not been too well of late. Thank God his condition has stabilized and he is in a much better condition.

Today I felt like having a conversation with the big man. Much of the time I spent with him we laughed and goofed around having the funniest conversation. However dealing with a patient keeps you busy and much of my days steps was done while I was still at the act of watching over the big mum.

As though the day did not start on a good note. The ending was disappointing I received a phone call, that informed me the passing of a grandmother. Sad as it was it reminded me about her and I have spent of lot of time thinking about her. Reflecting on life and being great full of being alive.

Waking up everyday makes us think of it lightly. Today I decided to be deliberate of the gift of life and did everything else with a heart of gratitude.

With that said. Remember to celebrate life and be greatful of everyday you spend above ground.
