I making shoes looks so much more complex than making clothes. They are also harder to fit than clothes in many ways. If clothes are a bit badly fitted that usually not a problem, but it can cause all sorts of problems if shoes fit badly.

Every skill/profession has its own challenge which is why one needs to go for the one he/she has the passion and the zeal to work with. Shoes are easily observed if sewn badly.
