Mindful of tomorrow's 12 hours scheduled power interruption, well, at least that's what's everyone's sharing right now, I am trying to make sure I have water, power banks full and data purchased. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. It's going to be interesting though when humidity is high.
I went through my daily activities today: more chores than work, tasks online, cooking, etc. I moved around and done alternate heel raises many many times. The easiest exercise ever. Been doing this since I can remember.
