My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2021

It's been a hectic few days with a sick kid. Projectiles coming out each end. Man respect to all parents out there. This shit gets messy. No workout today. But did a quick jog instead of walk to fetch the kid at school. So got some movement at least. Have a full intention of running in the morning and setting a goal of 50 kms for this month.
