Christmas snack // Picadita de Navidad
Buenos días queridos amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren todos muy bien en este último día del año! Yo por aquí vengo a mostrarles la picadita que armé para Navidad para compartir con amigos.
Les cuento todo lo que tenía:
- Queso dambo en cubos
- Jamón en cubos
- Salame en rodajas
- Maní salado con piel
- Pretzels (los palitos largos)
- Palito salado sabor panceta
- Aceitunas verdes sin carozo
- Maní recubierto (o maní japonés se le dice acá)
- Y como decoración ramitas de Romero
Armamos todo en una bandeja grande para colocarla en la mesa y compartir mientras esperábamos que la carne estuviera lista. Luego nos deleitamos con una carne de cerdo al horno con cebolla agridulce, ensalada de arroz brasilero y ensalada de pollo (venezolana todo eso lo hizo mi amiga Gaby) y también comimos unas pamplonas (pollo relleno con jamón, queso, morrón, etc.) Muy rico todo, además acompañamos la picada con un rico Fernet Branca!! Sinceramente hacía mucho tiempo que no tomaba un rico fernet.
Good morning dear friends of Hive, I hope you are all very well on this last day of the year! I come here to show you the picadita that I put together for Christmas to share with friends.
I tell you everything I had:
- Cubed dambo cheese
- Ham in cubes
- Sliced salami
- Salted peanuts with skin
- Pretzels (the long sticks)
- Bacon flavor salty stick
- Green olives without pit
- Coated peanuts (or Japanese peanuts are called here)
- And as decoration sprigs of rosemary
We put everything together on a large tray to put on the table and share while we waited for the meat to be ready. Then we enjoyed a baked pork with sweet and sour onion, Brazilian rice salad and chicken salad (all that was made by my friend Gaby, Venezuelan) and we also ate some pamplonas (chicken stuffed with ham, cheese, bell pepper, etc.) Everything is very tasty, we also accompany the bite with a delicious Fernet Branca !! Honestly, it had been a long time since I had a rich fernet.
