Hello @simpledemple, During my time in Philippines, I noticed a big difference in the mindset of the people in the province, compared to those based in the city. It was always refreshing to go to Cebu City and see people getting about amid the hustle and bustle; something that you find every where else I've ever been to.
I'm glad you've found your feet there in the city, and that you appreciate the taste of real coffee. Most Filipinos I encountered never liked the taste of a real brewed coffee, so I always kept sachets of 3-in-1 just in case anyone of my Filipino friends visited my home; as that's what they preferred:)
