Luego de varios días ausente, nuevamente estoy aquí, para compartir con ustedes, lo que ha sido parte de mi semana, una semana sin duda movida pero sumamente especial, esta semana celebramos no solo el cumpleaños número 1 de mi hija sino también mi primer año como madre.

After several days away, I am here again, to share with you, what has been part of my week, a week without a doubt busy but very special, this week we celebrated not only my daughter's first birthday but also my first year as a mother.

Es increíble como un pequeño párrafo resume tantas vivencias, recuerdos de un año entero,¿Cierto? Al convertimos en madre no es mentira que nuestros hijos se convierten en nuestra prioridad y nosotras pasamos a segundo plano, suena triste pero es la realidad o por lo menos en mi caso lo fue, ya que este primer año de mi bebé fue todo un desafío.

It's amazing how a small paragraph summarizes so many experiences, memories of a whole year, right? When we become a mother it is not a lie that our children become our priority and we take a back seat, it sounds sad but it is the reality or at least in my case it was, since this first year of my baby was a challenge.

Así que esta semana me dispuse a consentirme y darme un gusto que tenía casi 2 años sin darme dicho gusto primero por motivo de embarazo y posteriormente por tema de lactancia materna y es que me refiero a realizarme la keratina capilar, siempre me he caracterizado por tener mi cabello arreglado así que ya está mamá primeriza retoma dicho hábito.

So this week I decided to pamper myself and give myself a pleasure that I had almost 2 years without giving myself this pleasure first because of pregnancy and later because of breastfeeding and I am referring to perform the hair keratin, I have always been characterized by having my hair arranged so I am a new mom and I resume this habit.

En todo este tiempo mi cabello digamos que tuvo su años sabáticos descanso de los tintes, el planchado y obviamente la keratina ya que es contraproducente aplicarla durante el embarazo y la lactancia, mi cabello ahora es de un tono totalmente natural y largo.

During all this time my hair had a sabbatical from dyes, ironing and obviously keratin since it is counterproductive to apply it during pregnancy and breastfeeding, my hair now has a totally natural and long tone.

¿Ven lo largo que está? Me encanta pero lasio me encanta más. 😍

Todo el proceso duro 4 horas 😅 y que tengo una cabellera no solo larga sino también bastante abundante, diría que lo único que no me gusta de arreglar mi cabello es la larga espera, pero vale la pena sin duda el resultado lo ame.

The whole process took 4 hours 😅 and that I have not only long hair but also quite abundant, I would say that the only thing I don't like about fixing my hair is the long wait, but it's worth it without a doubt the result I loved it.

Así que está mamá primeriza en su primer año como mamá está sumamente Feliz los motivos sobran, siempre eh dicho que uno como mujer debe sentirse orgullosa al verse en el espejo tanto por los logros alcanzados pero también está bien cuidar de nuestra apariencia física que nos guste también lo que vemos al vernos en el espejo.

So this new mom in her first year as a mom is extremely happy, the reasons are many, I have always said that one as a woman should be proud to see herself in the mirror both for the achievements made but it is also good to take care of our physical appearance that we also like what we see when we see ourselves in the mirror.
