Tiempo de Calidad con la abuela|| Quality Time with Grandma.

Hola mamis y papis de esta hermosa comunidad, después de un tiempo sin poder publicar por problemas de internet entre otras cosas quiero comenzar mi año volviendo con ustedes.

Compartir en familia se ha vuelto una de las cosas más difíciles por culpa de la pandemia, pero cada vez que un amigo o familiar se va de este mundo, nos sentimos arrepentidos de no haber podido compartir con ellos.

Una de las cosas que como mamá me ha dolido es que mis hijos no puedan compartir con su abuela materna ya que mi madre murió cuando yo tenía solo 10 años, al casarme corrí con la suerte de tener una súper suegra que me ha tratado como una hija más, por lo que para mí se volvió importante que ellos compartieran lo más posible con ella, La Sra. Victoria tiene 91 años ella es una madre muy amorosa y tierna y con sus nietos es el doble de amorosa se convierte en la amiga y alcahuetas de sus nietos y bisnietos, este año ella perdió a su hijo mayor, a causa del Covid-19, y es por eso que a pesar de todos nuestros miedos por el covid decidimos viajar a Quibor estado Lara para visitarla después de casi tres años.

Entre todos realizamis la cena de fin de año, así que todos colaboramos, para animarla le dije que su hijo quería comer sus hallacas y no las mías pues la manera en que ella tiende la masa en la hoja de plátano es distinta a como yo la hago, al principio la abuela Victoria tenía miedo de hacer sus famosas hallacas donde la masa le dice ella se embarra en la hoja de plátano, pero luego se le paso y se puso a decirnos como quería el guiso así que mi esposo, lorelei y yo picamos los aliños mientras ella nos iba diciendo que hacer, al estar listo el guiso se comió un plato de puro guiso estaba muy emocionada y feliz, luego comenzó a montar sus hallacas, mientras montamos las hallacas tuvimos un bonito tiempo de calidad con ella, nos contó muchas historias de su vida, y se rio mucho, al finalizar ella sola monto sus 40 hallacas estaba muy feliz y creo que de eso se trataba este viaje a casa de la abuela, de darle alegría.

La Cena fue todo un éxito todos sus hijos llevaron para completar el plato navideño, y sobro comida, todo estaba delicioso, la abuela agradeció a Dios por que este año su mesa de fin de año tuvo abundante comida y esperaba que este año a todos sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos no le faltara un plato de comida en su mesa.

The dinner was a success, all her children brought food to complete the Christmas plate, and there was leftover food, everything was delicious, the grandmother thanked God that this year her end of the year table had abundant food and hoped that this year all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren would not lack a plate of food on their table.

Mis niños la pasaron felices esos días. Fue muy bonito pasar tiempo de calidad en familia.
