Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, mi experiencia enseñando a leer a mi niña. Lorelei es una niña muy inteligente alegre y con sangre de artista siempre anda cantando y bailando por toda la casa, antes de comenzar la pandemia ella estaba en primer nivel de preescolar, y era muy popular en su salón por ser una niña muy sobresaliente, cuando le toco su primera exposición ella lo hizo solita memorizo todo lo que iba a decir y con ayuda de su material de apoyo se supo desenvolver cosa que asombro a sus maestros, y demás padres que estaban ese día, pero al llegar la pandemia se complicó todo un poco en casa; conmigo es muy difícil que se concentre siempre quiere ver comiquitas y estar jugando, cuando le digo que debe hacer sus tareas lo ve como si yo la estuviera castigando. Han pasado casi dos años y mi niña en un abrir y cerrar de ojos se encuentra en tercer nivel de preescolar, para este nivel ya ella debe estar leyendo y escribiendo, pero no ha sido así.

Today I want to share with you my experience teaching my little girl to read. Lorelei is a very intelligent and cheerful girl with the blood of an artist, she is always singing and dancing around the house, before the pandemic she was in the first level of preschool, and was very popular in her classroom for being a very outstanding girl, when she had her first exhibition she did it by herself, she memorized everything she was going to say and with the help of her support material she knew how to develop herself, which amazed her teachers and other parents who were there that day, but when the pandemic arrived, everything got a little complicated at home; With me it is very difficult for her to concentrate, she always wants to watch cartoons and play, when I tell her that she has to do her homework she sees it as if I were punishing her. It has been almost two years and in the blink of an eye my little girl is in the third level of preschool, by this level she should be reading and writing, but it has not been like that.

Para mí ha sido todo un reto enseñarle a leer, ella se distrae, empieza a reírse y yo termino de mal humor. Y la he dejado tranquila, mi esposo me dice que ella aprenderá a su tiempo pero a mí me preocupa que cuando llegue a primer grado sufra por eso.

It has been a challenge for me to teach her to read, she gets distracted, starts laughing and I end up in a bad mood. And I have left her alone, my husband tells me that she will learn in her own time but I worry that when she gets to first grade she will suffer for it.

Mi hermana me dijo que le enseñara a la niña a leer de noche antes de acostarse, ¿de noche? Mi cara era un poema lo confieso, pensar en que en la noche ya estoy cansada de todo lo que me toca hacer durante el día y aparte ponerme a leer con ella antes de dormir, pues lo vi difícil, pero si, ¡si funciona! , durante un tiempo he puesto en práctica y ha funcionado resulta que a ésa hora ya todos calmados y lejos de los que haceres, los niños pueden aprender a leer más fácilmente. Y su atención hacía a ti es mucho mayor, por mi parte yo también estoy más tranquila porque ya me he desocupado de mis cosas y me dedico sin presión a ella.

Y así noche tras noche hemos comenzado a leer, luego le leo los párrafos finales del libro mi jardín y le gustan mucho porque son como pequeños cuentos, igualmente a final de la tarde la he puesto hacer caligrafías y ha empezado a escribir muy bien, hay vamos poco a poco.
