Moving day, as a family🥰 || Dia de movernos, en familia🥰 [Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos, de nuevo por aca y esta vez quiero contarles sobre nuestra caminata en familia, esta vez para un lugar diferente, ya que normalmente vamos a un parque cercano de nuestra casa o al polideportivo, donde mi niño tiene un amiguito y disfruta mucho jugar con el. Pero hoy decidimos ir un poco mas alla, primero para respirar otro aire jaja y segundo porque tenemos como meta hacer al menos 10.000 pasos diarios, y queremos inculcarles eso a nuestros hijos, bueno Ema dió menos de 50 pasos jajaja pero ajá, se acostumbrará poco a poco para cuando deje el coche, no le cueste tanto andar caminando bastante

Hello hello friends, back here again and this time I want to tell you about our family walk, this time to a different place, since we usually go to a park near our house or to the sports center, where my son has a little friend and enjoys playing with him a lot. But today we decided to go a little further, first to breathe another air haha and secondly because we have a goal to do at least 10,000 steps a day, and we want to instill that in our children, well Ema took less than 50 steps haha but aha, she will get used to it little by little so when she leaves the car, it won't be so hard for her to walk so much.

Su hermanito desde chiquito ha sido caminador, no es de esos niños que caminan un ratico y enseguida piden que los carguen, no, el camina mucho, le gusta, y nosotros le hacemos el trayecto divertido a traves de juegos ☺️ que ppr supuesto nos sirven para pasar tiempo de calidad con el🥰 pero bueno nos fuimos los cuatro a un lugar bastante conocido de nuestra ciudad como lo es "El paseo Aerobico" un lugar muy frecuentado por personas que poe supuesto se dedican algunos minutos en la parte de la actividad fisica, este lugar estuvo un tiempo cerrado por remodelaciones cercanas, pero ya tiene bastante tiempo funcionando normal, sin embargo no habiamos tenido la oportunidad de ir nuevamente, y menos con los niños, la ultima vez que fuí recuerdo que aun andaba de novia con mi esposito hoy en dia jaja eso fue unos 8 años atras jaja

Her little brother has been a walker since he was little, he is not one of those kids who walk for a while and then ask to be carried, no, he walks a lot, he likes it, and we make the journey fun for him through games ☺️ that of course we use to spend quality time with him🥰 but well the four of us went to a well known place in our city as it is "El paseo Aerobico" a place very frequented by people who of course dedicate some minutes in the part of physical activity, this place was closed for a while due to remodeling, but it has been working normally for quite some time, however we had not had the opportunity to go again, and less with the kids, the last time I went there I remember that I was still dating my little husband today haha that was about 8 years ago haha.

Para mi sorpresa, habia mucha gente, desde estar caminando, trotando, andado en bici, monopatin (los peques jeje) y asi mucha gente dedicandose un tiempito, y de verdad que el lugar a pesar de faltarle mucho cuidado, el aire fresco hace que sea rico caminar 🚶 jeje, bueno tambien depende de la hora, obvio jaja nosotros decidimos salir a las 5pm y estabamos alla antes de las 6, el sol se metió y aun andabamos por ahi 😆🥰

To my surprise, there were a lot of people, from walking, jogging, biking, skateboarding (the little ones hehe) and so many people taking a little time, and really the place despite lacking a lot of care, the fresh air makes it nice to walk 🚶 hehehe, well it also depends on the time, obviously haha we decided to leave at 5pm and we were there before 6, the sun went down and we were still out there 😆🥰

La niña se bajó un rato de su coche y estaba feliz con la brisa, queriendo guindarse de todo🤣🤣 el niño corriendo 🏃 con papi y mami, bueno mas con papi, lo confieso, mi capacidad cardiovascular está bastante baja, asi que precisamente por eso hoy comence a hacer 1000 saltos de cuerdas despues de mis rutinas de ejercicio y para no ser una sedentaria que hace ejercicio, sumamos a nuestro dia minimo 10mil pasos, asi seremos realmente activos, porque si, veniamos siendo sedentarios que hacen ejercicio, un rato en la mañana, y ya el resto del dia sentados, trabajando, porque el caminar 🚶 para cocinar y hacer los quehaceres eso no cuenta mucho jaja. No es lo mismo!!

The girl got out of her car for a while and was happy with the breeze, wanting to hang on todo🤣🤣 the boy running 🏃 with daddy and mommy, well more with daddy, I confess, my cardiovascular capacity is pretty low, so that's precisely why today I started doing 1000 jump ropes after my exercise routines and not to be a sedentary exerciser, we add to our day at least 10,000 steps, so we will be really active, because yes, we are sedentary people who exercise for a while in the morning, and the rest of the day sitting, working, because walking 🚶 to cook and do the chores doesn't count much haha. It's not the same!!!

Asi que desde hoy comenzaremos con este habito, quizas no todos los dias vayamos al paseo aerobico porque si no queda bastante lejos jaja. Pero al menos una o dos veces por semana iremos 💪💪 del resto caminaremos hasta donde podamos, rogando que maturin no se vuelva loco y comiencen las lluvia jaja porque hace un mes tratamos de iniciar este habito y el clima de aca es una locura, lluvia, sol, mas lluvia, mas sol jaja pero bueno ya veremos, ahi les ire contando como nos va🥰

So from today we will start with this habit, maybe not every day we will go to the aerobic walk because if not it's quite far away haha. But at least once or twice a week we will go 💪💪 the rest we will walk as far as we can, praying that maturin doesn't go crazy and start raining haha because a month ago we tried to start this habit and the weather here is crazy, rain, sun, more rain, more sun haha but well we'll see, there I will tell you how it goes🥰.
