En vista de que mis hombres quedaron encantados y que en el fondo de donde vivo hay MUCHOOOS mangos!! Y ya he hecho bastante carato🤣 y adicional a eso ya estan mas maduros que verdes, asi que decidí hacer esta torta que me sorprendió lo rica que quedó!! Aqui les cuento un poco👇👇

Okey una vez tengamos los ingredientes, quiero contarles que para esa taza de jugo de mango utilicé 3 mangos pequeños bien maduros, que mezclé con un poco de agua y luego colé, para evitar que quedara con los pelitos!! Entonces una vez tuve mi jugo comencé a mezclar, lo primero como en toda torta, mezclé la mantequilla con el azucar, y luego le agregué un poco de harina y jugo, seguido del huevo!!

Digamos que yo se que algunas personas primero mezclan los ingredientes secos y luego los liquidos, pero como esta era una tortica mas para probar como quedaba, y merendar en casa, me salté todos los protolos jaja y gracias a Dios me salio bien😂 una vez que mezclé todo, incluido el huevo y el polvo de hornear, agregue harina y mantequilla a mi molde, pero unos 5 minutos antes habia puesto a calentar mi horno electrico a 180°

Let's say that I know that some people first mix the dry ingredients and then the liquid ones, but since this was just another tortilla to test how it turned out, and to have a snack at home, I skipped all the steps haha and thank God it turned out well😂 once I mixed everything, including the egg and baking powder, I added flour and butter to my mold, but about 5 minutes before I had put my electric oven to heat up to 180°.

Una vez puesto en mi molde lleve al hornito por 30minutos, PEEEEERO a ls 20 minutos me olía a quemado 💩😱 asi que fuí a revisar, y ka torta habia crecido mas de un lado que de otro jaja y en ese lado que no creció se estaba quemando, es como si el horno se volvio loco y calentó mas de un lado, entonces hice operacion rescate, llevé al horno de la cocina unos 10 minutos mas hasta que el cuchillo salió limpio y lista mi torta😍

Once placed in my mold I took it to the oven for 30 minutes, BUT after 20 minutes it smelled burnt 💩😱 so I went to check, and the cake had grown more on one side than the other haha and on that side that did not grow it was burning, it is as if the oven went crazy and heated more on one side, then I did rescue operation, took the oven to the kitchen for about 10 minutes until the knife came out clean and ready my cake😍.

La verdad es que quedo DIVINA, me encantó, y asumo que asi se puede hacer con cualquier fruta, la verdad la habia probado de naranja, limon, parchita, pero de mango primera vez, y todos encantados😍 asi que espero que se animen a hacerla💜💜
