Riding a horse will help improve your personality. Confidence can be given to us. Horses are not as dangerous as you think. You just have to know how to ride them correctly. Because riding a horse helps develop our skills in many different areas.

• It's the same for myself. This was my first experience in my life because I had never thought before that I would be able to ride a horse. and has never been in the travel plan And this trip was a special trip for my birthday last year during the summer. Organized as an unexpected surprise trip, we chose the Scuderia Serego San Marzno Oliveto AT, Italy.

• "Scuderia Serego" is a riding school with about 70 horses, including tour horses. By booking a relaxing horseback riding activity to tour the vineyards for 1 hour. When we arrived, we found a parking space and saw a lot of horses. Then we walked to the stables where the horses were resting in the stables. and went to talk to the audience that because we had reserved in advance, they would have to prepare the horses and we would have to come on the appointed day and time.

• 🐎 After a while, a man came to introduce himself. We call him the riding instructor. The trainer came and told us where we would travel and what we would do. First of all, the teacher made us wear horse riding helmets. We could choose the size according to the size we are comfortable with. I put on my helmets and stood and waited for a while. Because the teacher he will take the horse we will ride out of the stable first. And the horse I got was a brown one in the back, named Sophie. Then the teacher led the horse to the yard in front of us and we followed.

• 🐎 The teacher asked if we had ever ridden a horse before. I am not and this is my first time. I have a feeling of excitement. But I'm very interested. The teacher then began to teach basic skills in getting up, down, and controlling the horse. The teacher can speak English and I understand it well. But with excitement, I don't know what to do first. But it's not too difficult.

• 🐎 When we're ready, we can prepare to leave. My horse will walk third. The horses walk in line. The trainer was friendly and asked me where I was from. And when the teacher found out that it was a birthday trip, he sang loudly wishing me a happy birthday,lol. The weather was quite hot on that day. I don't know who to feel sorry for first, the horse or me. Lol, just keep riding and admiring the view. The teacher then invited to talk and introduce the vineyard. The hilly mountain view looks beautiful. But the weather is a bit hot. and did not prepare water to drink. Walking through the village, past the farms, We saw the pony there are so cute.

• 🐎 We rode horses continuously. My horse, Sophie, always stops and eats grass. But the teacher told me not to let him eat it at all. Sometimes I let Aeb eat a little. because I feel sorry for him It took us almost an hour. Until it's time to go back. Both hot and tired When we got close, the teacher walked down to lead the horse. I really want to walk. I feel sorry for the horses. It must be hard. When we arrived, we prepared to dismount. and looked for water to drink because he was very thirsty from the hot weather
