A time of friendship 🇹🇭🌻☀️ The special day. 🌸🩷

Hi everyone! It's been a couple of days since my last post. I've been quite busy lately, and it was also a holiday celebrating with friends and family. A few days before Easter, I had a lunch date with a Thai friend. We planned to have lunch at her house in Patience.

When I arrived, she was preparing the food, but it wasn't all ready yet. So we all pitched in, each helping with a few dishes. Today, she cooked black sticky rice – I hadn't had it in a long time, and I didn't expect to find it here! She said it needs to be soaked overnight before steaming. I was so excited because I hadn't had it like that in ages. Besides that, we focused on seafood – mostly shrimp, shellfish, crab, and fish. And of course, for us Thais, food is a big deal, so we had to have seafood dipping sauce to go with it!

As I mentioned, the seafood included shrimp, fish, and squid, all coated in a thin batter and deep-fried in hot oil. They were then served immediately.

There was also seafood spaghetti for Italians. After we finished preparing everything, we sat down to have drinks together. Once we finished our meal, it was time for dessert. Of course, on Easter, there was breadsticks and baby birds, symbolizing Easter. Children also open eggs on Easter Sunday to forget the gifts inside.

After that, we sat and played outside, and then people started gathering around to chat and eat more until dinner. It was a really fun day.

I got to see my Thai friends after a long time, and we talked a lot – that's what friendship is all about. I hope everyone enjoyed my post and photos. Thank you for following and have a great day!
