¡DOMINGO DE CUENTOS SOBRE ESTOS ÚLTIMOS MESES!

Tenía tiempo que no estaba con ustedes un domingo pero aquí estoy, disfrutando una vez más de contarles sobre mi vida culinaria, que ha tenido mucho movimiento pues si recuerdan, estuve estudiando para poder validarme como Chef Profesional, un título que lo luché por más de 15 años de trabajo arduo y por fin obtengo mi meta ansiada.

It had been a while since I was with you on a Sunday but here I am, enjoying once again to tell you about my culinary life, which has had a lot of movement because if you remember, I was studying to validate myself as a Professional Chef, a title that I fought for more than 15 years of hard work and finally I get my desired goal.

Estuve desde finales de agosto haciendo unas validaciones y vi una serie de cursos (liderazgo, manipulación de alimentos, gerencia de restaurantes, costos y presupuestos,…) que hicieron que me preparara más y mejor para mi profesión. Fueron unos meses duros, pasé muchas cosas personales, pero conocí a gente interesante.

I was since the end of August doing some validations and saw a series of courses (leadership, food handling, restaurant management, costs and budgets,...) that made me prepare myself more and better for my profession. It was a hard few months, I went through a lot of personal things, but I met interesting people.

Logré pasar mis cursos contra viento y marea y fui a mi evaluación final, que logré pasar con excelente puntuación (luego les contaré en un post), al igual que muchos de mis compañeros, eso me llenó de orgullo ya que el estado Sucre (de donde soy) tiene mucho talento a nivel gastronómico y el mundo debe conocerlo, es por ello que hicimos estas validaciones, para que el mundo entero conozca a esta tierra de gracia. Y por fin me gradué, fue un acto hermoso que también contaré en otro post.

I managed to pass my courses against all odds and went to my final evaluation, which I managed to pass with an excellent score (I will tell you later in a post), like many of my classmates, that filled me with pride because the state of Sucre (where I am from) has a lot of talent at the gastronomic level and the world should know it, that is why we did these validations, so that the whole world knows this land of grace. And finally I graduated, it was a beautiful act that I will also tell in another post.

Lo relevante del caso es que logré otra meta, obtuve mucha felicidad y quería contarles a ustedes mi emoción ya que son mi familia virtual y con ustedes he compartido mucho a través de estos años así que como no contarles sobre esta aventura académica culinaria.

The relevant thing is that I achieved another goal, I got a lot of happiness and I wanted to tell you my excitement because you are my virtual family and with you I have shared a lot over the years so how not to tell you about this culinary academic adventure.
