Con Emilio Lovera
Hace unos días, tuve el privilegio de atender al gran humorista venezolano Emilio Lovera y debo decir que fue una muy agradable visita.
Debo confesar que ese día estábamos muy aboyados en cocina, habían muchos huéspedes y todos ordenando comida, de paso entraron dos habitaciones más y entre esas, la de Emilio Lovera, y se nos alegró la vida pues es un personaje muy querido por todos los venezolanos.
En seguida nos pusimos a cocinar esperando por el pedido de Emilio y al rato pidió junto a sus amigos, fue interesante su orden del menú y como sabíamos que tiene un paladar refinado, nos pusimos a cocinar con el alma.
Luego de un rato y entre otras órdenes de comensales, Emilio se acercó a cocina a agradecer y compartir con nosotros, debo decir que es muy educado y obvio un tipo agradable. ¡Le gustó la comida!
Prometió volver a la Posada y eso me llena mucho como cocinero porque quiere decir que le gustó la sazón así que ojalá vuelva pronto.
De esta forma culminó mi post agradeciendo a Dios por todas las oportunidades que me ha dado en esta vida.
