LET'S GO HIKING!!

The journey began very early on a Saturday morning around 6:30am ,I was sleeping and already slept off track when my brother woke me up and was like bro, wake up!! time for hiking is far spent. I jumped off the bed immediately I heard the word hiking, although I was still feeling sleepy but I stood up, let me use the word sleep walking.

That was how the journey started so early on a Saturday morning. Basically, when hiking you have to go early morning before the sunsets. Myself and brother freshened up and awaited our pick up vehicle at the road terminal. The pick up bus cheated on time and came a bit late, it was frustrating standing for close to 15 minutes at the bustop, but the stand was worth it.

WHERE ARE WE TO GO HIKING?
Yes! The early morning hike journey was a visit to smoky villa, located at oba ile, akure ondo state, Nigeria. Although we don't know the route to the Villa, but thanks to Google map, we where able to locate the Venue without stress.

On getting to smoky villa, we came out of the vehicle and laced up shoes for hiking carrying along first aid kit, water, and light refreshment.Then we began phase two of the journey. We started walking up the mountain, the first mountain we started with was not that high, although I do not know the height, but it was not high enough compared to others we will hike on. We went up the first mountain to gather and warm ourselves up for something big.
As soon as we got gathered up, we started walking back down from the mountain for a higher and bigger mountain ahead.

As we were hiking down the mountain, I could feel my legs misbehaving, what am i trying to say? My legs were shaking like they were about to worn out. I stood and was like I am yet to start the journey and these legs of mine are shaking?. No no, this should not be happening, I rest a few seconds and continued till we got down.

We then set out for the bigger and higher mountain.we continued the journey with a big music box(jam box) playing different kinds of music for us to feel alive while hiking, we kept on going up like there's no end till majority of us started getting tired, then the coach decided we all take a short break.

We rested for few minutes and continue hiking,we kept on moving and moving, I decided to take shots as we move

After walking for a long period of time, we got to our destination up the mountain, it was like being on top of the world,at that moment, there was a feeling in me I could not explain

On getting to the top mountain, we all sat forming a big circle and had our refreshment, while refreshing the body system, we were told not to litter the mountain. We ate and dispose junks in a waste being for proper disposal when we go back down.

After the light refreshment, we all stood up, formed a big circle, we sang, play games and had fun on the mountain.my fellow hikers pulled some stunt of which I took shots,I took the shots because I could not pull through the stunt they pulled.

That was it till we started the journey back to the ground floor taking a faster route on the mountain.
