Abrazo y buenas noches para todos mis colegas músicos y bateristas, siempre es un gusto enorme para mí hacer mi aporte para esta grandiosa comunidad.

Esta noche quiero compartir con ustedes una faceta que creo que no he mostrado por esta plataforma, sigue siendo musica, siguen siendo videos de mi persona tocando batería y haciendo musica, pero creo que nunca me han visto tocar este estilo, y la verdad es que fue un genero que marco gran parte de mi adolescencia al igual que el grupo que enmarca la canción que estaré interpretando para ustedes.

Creo que DREAM THEATER es uno de esos grupos que cambia las vidas y la forma de ver la musica de cada instrumentista, la verdad es que me parece que su musica es genial y que cuenta con músicos que forman parte de top mundial en cuanto a reconocimiento artístico como en musicalidad.

Esta canción se llama NEW MILLENIUM y es parte del álbum FALLING INTO INFINITY, Este disco la verdad que me encanto, me parece que el baterista MIKE PORTNOY ya comenzaba a mostrar lo que traía entre manos y que más tarde evolucionaría el mundo de la batería en el rock progresivo.

Tonight I want to share with you a facet that I think I have not shown on this platform, it is still music, they are still videos of me playing drums and making music, but I think you have never seen me play this style, and the truth is that It was a genre that marked a large part of my adolescence as well as the group that frames the song that I will be performing for you.

I think that DREAM THEATER is one of those groups that changes the lives and the way of seeing the music of each instrumentalist, the truth is that I think their music is great and that it has musicians who are part of the world top in terms of recognition artistic as well as musicality.

This song is called NEW MILLENIUM and is part of the album FALLING INTO INFINITY, This album really enchanted me, it seems to me that the drummer MIKE PORTNOY was already beginning to show what he was up to and that later the world of drums would evolve in progressive rock.
