The green leaves which I am not sure what it is call in English, In my local we usually call it Slerk Bas which is a popular leaf that we usually have in the soup or traditional recipe.

My neighbor and my father prepare the vegetables together, they help my mom for her cooking as she only need to prepare the main ingredients and do other things instead.

Obviously, this is so helpful. There are many leaves exist in the table. They do finish it about 30 minutes.

While looking for the stuff, my mom see the seller sell palm tree, and she actually bought it. You know palm trees is a symbolic of Cambodia. This palm tree is not too sweet and it taste really good which is also refreshing. I really enjoy it as it was also my favorite fruit.

This afternoon, we cook Korko Khmer traditional vegetables soup. We often made it every week like 4-5 times of the month. The taste of this soup is really delicious. There are many different kind of vegetables in this recipe. Typically, pumpkin, papaya, green banana, eggplant, chili leaf, and long beans are used in preparing samlor korko.

I love sunsets.

There’s nothing more beautiful than to see the sky colored in orange, purple, and pink hues. I shot this pic through the window of my kitchen, it was not risking wasting time as I got the fantastic picture.

What do you think of think of the night sky?

For me, I also have a fondness for the sky a bit after sunset, just as the first stars are emerging.

I also really like palm fruit. But it's hard to buy palm fruits where I live. The sunset picture you took was also very beautiful.
