Memories is something that is being recalled or remembered which had happened in the past. It could be positive or negative and I believe we all recall positive things.

The song emphasizes about the great work of God in our lives back in the days as narrated and told by the Bible.

The great work of God which we all remember and talk about is him taking all our guilt and shame and dying on the cross of Calvary for me and for you.

The memory of that still stays and it sinks inside of us because the efficacy of that still has positive impacts on christians.

God's love towards his children is undiluted, it is unconditional and it is totally free. No one would do that which God did way back on the cross.

The memories are still there, it draws men and women to his kingdom.
