Weekend engagement: An easygoing day

My day started since 10am when I woke up due to how tired I was cos of much work loads the day that passed, I slept so deep and I woke up at 10am.

Mom and dad had already left for work and my siblings went to school while others went to work too. Ididn't say my morning prayers, I quickly went to the rest room and made myself comfortable. I swept my room, brushed my mouth and took my bath.

After that I thought about what to take for breakfast and I came to the conclusion that I'll fry eggs, make tea and take bread all by myself and for myself.

It was a free day for me actually, no work, no school so I took my time to eat and be satisfied.

I watched few movies I had by name;

• Just in time
• Unravel
• King of boys
• Season of vow
• The arrangement
  And yes I did watch all those movies, there are Nigerian movies so I wasn't tired, that's because I really do like them.

Few hours after, I was hungry so I went to a nearby restaurant and bought rice and stew and eat.

After that, I relaxed there for some minutes before heading to my girlfriend's salon, she had just given birth to a beautiful babygirl and since then I haven't visited.

I went and she was so happy to see me after a while. I quickly carried the babygirl and we exchanged pleasantries and discussed about stuffs.

She had customers who came to make their hairs, nails, eye lashes etc while I played with her baby and took pictures of me and her.

I stayed there for a while till evening when she closed and we went home together.

Reaching home, mom and my siblings were already back home, mom was preparing dinner while my siblings were doing their assignments. I took a warm bath, and then headed over to the dinning and I ate a sumptuous okro soup with melon prepared by my irreplaceable Mom.

I ate to my satisfaction and I thanked her, I logged in and answered few messages I had in different social media platforms, played music, said a word of prayer and slept.

It was an amazing day for me and that beautiful babygirl made my day🤗🤗🤗🤗.
