MCGI Mass Indoctrination - Keeping The Faith

1 Timothy 1:19 (KJV) Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

The doctrines of Jesus Christ being taught by Bro Eli Soriano during the Mass Indoctrination program of the MCGI Cares is a vital tool in strengthening our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Through these teachings we have come to realize and to understand how we should conduct ourselves in the church of God which is the household of God.

1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV) But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

Bro Eli explained to us that the church of God is the household of God. So, just as in every household, there are rules governing the behavior of each and every member of the family. Therefore, as members of the household of God, we should acquaint ourselves with the doctrines of Jesus Christ so that we will understand how we are to behave in the church.

Matthew 28:20 (KJV) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Matthew 17:5 (KJV) While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

Jesus Christ, Our Saviour is our only Teacher sent by God to reveal to us the doctrines of God. There are many false teachers parading themselves around the world. They lead many astray by their doctrines. They teach prayers which are not ordained by God. We are not to listen to them. We are to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 14:37 (KJV) If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

The teachings of Jesus Christ are written in the Bible. The Bible contains God's which were given to the early apostles by Jesus Christ. For us to fully understand these doctrines, we must study them from the Bible.
