Weekend Swim Training (I got My Nose Plug Back).

Hey guys. Its been a while here, thanks to my busy work schedule and my academics. I was at the pool over the weekend for some good swim after a while. I haven't been to the pool in weeks firstly because I've been so busy with work and secondly because my nose plug got broken the last time I was at the pool. The nose plug has been very helpful for my backstroke by avoiding entry of water via my nose which cause alot of nasal irritation and so much discomfort when I swim the backstroke and when I do the flip turn.

My mother came around this weekend and brought some of my swimming kits she saw at home. I had no idea I had some kits at her place and was so delighted to see my beloved nose plugs among the things she brought. I couldn't resist going to pool to try out the kits which includes the swim goggles I'm wearing (My previous goggles was dark and had a crack).

The swim training went well and was very enjoyable but I'll have to increase my frequency of visiting the pool to improve my physical fitness.
