Setting Achievable Goals For The New Year.

At the beginning of the year, I had set some goals I wished to achieve in a couple months and I went all out trying to achieve those goals. Those goals were more of self development than financial goals because I understand financial growth is directly proportional to self improvement and development. Abundant wealth would come with the right skills.

In January, I wrote down a couple skills I wanted to learn and some I wanted to improve on. It's the first time I'll be writing down my goals for the year because I'm really just the guy who doesn't like to wait for a particular time to learn a skill. It was just a coincidence that I took note of these skills by the New Year. I act on thing the moment I make up my mind to get involved with them.

I enrolled for an online graphic design class, attended several business's conferences, made sure I read at least 2 books every month, built my portfolios and worked on my time management skills. These are things I could squeeze time for as I completed my postgraduate studies at the University.

It's almost a year now and I can boldly say I'm proud of my myself for achieving all the set goals for the year 2021. I'm honestly satisfied with my performance this year and I feel I'm ready to take on bigger challenges.

For 2022, I've taken note of two life changing skills I'd love to learn that are also of high importance in my society (Programming and Interior design). I have some ideas about several aspects of both skills but I'm dedicating my 2022 to these skills and hope I'll have achieved some level of perfection by the end of the year. These skills are also things I'm truly interested in and I'm hoping that would make the journey easy and fun.

As for my financial goals, I'm working on a strategy to building my cryptocurrency portfolio. I'm targeting a few coins in the market I'd like to buy weekly regardless of their prices and hold for as long as I can. I'm also working on meeting a target montly income but I'm not paying much attention to that right now because I believe the money would come when I've acquired with the right skills. But then, it sure help me stay focused on my earnings and spending.

Setting goals is a great way to have a clear mind about what you plan to achieve and there's no better time to set those goals and work towards them than now. The year 2021 was a great year for me and I believe 2022 would be better. I really can't wait to see all its gots to offer. Thank you for reading, I hope you found this post helpful and educative.
