Upset stomach?

Salsa (14).jpg

There are times when we hear people around us that manifest something in the stomach or very full, or that the disgust is slow or just a discomfort. There are those who solve with a medicine without counting on the fabulous gift that nature gave us to solve this type of discomfort.

I present the tea that I frequently use for this type of situation. It is the Peppermint Tea or Hiebabuuena as it is also known.

The mint plant is also known as peppermint; among its qualities it is highly recommended for episodes that occur at the stomach level. It can be used in fresh leaves and also in dehydrated leaves as I have them, my mint plant dried up and I have not been able to grow another one.

I can attest to its benefits because I have been using it for a few months to calm my stomach.

When it is boiling, turn off, put the teaspoon of mint leaves, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, strain with a cloth bag so that there are no more mint leaves. Sweeten to taste, you can use sugar or honey.

Ready tea to feel a soothed stomach. You can drink it several times a day.

Peppermint tea is really excellent to improve stomach discomfort and even to relax because it has a sedative effect. It is one of my favorite teas.
