Tortilla [Esp/Eng]
We start a Sunday, as always ready to give our best and if it is in the kitchen we ask "what shall we have for breakfast today?
Well, well, I haven't prepared a non-traditional omelet for a few weeks.
Open fridge and the idea of the omelet with carrots and zucchini, well, let's get to work.
Se usò:
-3 huevos
-1 zanahoria
-1/2 calabaciòn(el que estaba en la nevera era grande)
-Celery
-Orègano
-Sal
-Pimienta negra en polvo
-Cebolla
-Ajo
It was used:
-3 eggs
-1 carrot
-1/2 zucchini (the one in the fridge was big)
-Celery
-Organo
-Salt
-Black pepper powder
-Onion
-Garlic
Ready the carrot and zucchini, cut cèlery, proceeded to prepare the eggs, added salt, pepper and oregano to stir everything together.
It was taken to the pan with a little preheated oil to fry the celery, onion, garlic, carrot and zucchini.
After frying everything, add the beaten egg. Wait for it to cook on one side. When you consider that you can turn it over with the help of something flat (I used a lid bigger than the pan) proceed to turn it over to cook on the other side. Ready tortilla out of the pan

Me gusta así combinada como la has preparado, totalmente perfecta yo tenía hasta un sartén especial solo para hacerlas, todo estropeadito pero era el ideal jajaja

En realidad la hago cuando quiero comer sin carnes, a veces para desayunos otras veces para almuerzo así como dices, lo bueno es que se adapta.

En mi cocina amo realizar tortillas y que deliciosa y saludable ver está que nos traes hoy, ya que viene cargada de proteína y nutrientes.
Si, allí vistes arepas , aunque a veces la como sola sin acompañantes por los nutrientes que le coloco.
