¿A qué comida o plato eres fiel de por vida y por qué?

Hablar de comida es excelente, siempre se ha dicho que los alimentos sanan, momentos y son parte de conversaciones amenas. Me gusta comer, soy de contextura delgada pero me gusta comer. A pesar de las limitantes que tenemos muchos en la adquisición de alimentos para llevar nuestro día a día trato de mantener aquellos que nos provean de proteínas.

De verdad, me gustan muchas comidas, aunque el plato que soy fiel es el pasticho o lasaña como lo llaman en algunos países. Lo que tiene que ver con pastas me gusta mucho.

Este plato no lo he preparado más por la capacidad adquisitiva, siempre digo este mes si compro los ingredientes de cómo me agrada hacerlo pero se hacen compras y esos quedan a un lado porque ya el dinero no da para ello. Me gusta colocarle mucho queso mozarela. Siempre resalto que cada quien le da toque su personal, en mi caso me gusta hacer la salsa con tomates frescos, no comprarla.

Tengo mi certeza que voy a hacerlo lo más pronto que imagino, eso es algo que en mi caso pienso y hago una buena cantidad para ir comiendo días siguientes. Pero de verdad que es muy delicioso. Vale el esfuerzo hacerlo y comerlo es un gusto inmenso.

What food or dish are you lifelong fans of, and why?

Talking about food is wonderful. It's always been said that food heals, provides moments, and is part of pleasant conversations. I enjoy eating; I'm slim, but I love to eat. Despite the limitations many of us face in acquiring food for our daily lives, I try to include foods that provide us with protein.

Truthfully, I like many foods, although the dish I'm most loyal to is pasticho, or lasagna as it's called in some countries. I really enjoy anything pasta-based.

I haven't made this dish much lately due to my budget. I always say, "This month I'll buy the ingredients I like to make it," but then the shopping trips end up being postponed because I simply can't afford it anymore. I like to add a lot of mozzarella cheese. I always emphasize that everyone adds their own personal touch. In my case, I like to make the salsa with fresh tomatoes, not store-bought.

I'm certain I'll make it sooner than I think. I always plan ahead and make a good amount to eat over the next few days. But it truly is delicious. It's worth the effort to make, and eating it is an immense pleasure.

I doubt anyone doesn't like to eat, because as you mentioned, food heals and creates memories. Lasagna is a wonderful dish; we love it too. And it's nice that you do have your own way of making it extra special. Adding fresh tomatoes is a lovely twist :)
