Five minute freewrite: Tuesday prompt: drop of water

Even when I didn’t want to Mrs ladie is quick to call my mom telling her I skipped PH (physical health) class. Many thoughts crossed my mind over weekend health class. I feel fly when am in the mixup of friends maybe supporting the cheer girls or the boys in the field playing football. The energy and strength put into sports which make the sweat is admirable that’s why I never regretted the early gym classes I took . They made my body this way I am maybe I might been more weighty than this. A good physical body boost confidence and self esteem.

The rushing feeling of water pouring my head from the shower after physical health class is sine qua non. The sweat on the pitch exercising each day and playing games is essential for calories burning so as the cooling of the heated body with water after sweating keeps the body fresh and calm. My mom would tease when I sometimes request for warm water in the cold season “water doesn’t have enemy”. A phrase that piss me off but later found out to be true, so true we can’t dispute the fact of its daily necessity. My friends do tell me how bathing under the shower after a long day in the field gives the them that relief, but couldn’t be compared to the daily immersion of my bath tub. My bath tub feels like a safe haven after drops of water gushes into the tub with mild and scenty soap applied already then you realize the true blessings that does with drops of water.
