Después de caer un señor palo de agua estos increíbles insectos atraídos por la luz de los hogares ,llegan a nuestras viviendas a postrarse en las lámparas de nuestro hogares atraídos por la luz .

Viendo la llegada de diferentes insectos ayer a casa me llamo mucho la atención ya que está linda polilla por su colorido y gerogrifico que se encontraba en sus alas era la que más resaltaba ,así que muy lentamente me pare de mi asiento y le tome estás lindas fotos con la camara de mi móvil.

Seeing the arrival of different insects at home yesterday caught my attention because this pretty moth by its colorful and gerogryphic that was on its wings was the one that stood out the most, so very slowly I stood up from my seat and took these nice pictures with the camera of my cell phone.

Es increíble ver cómo estos insectos dejan su hábitat y se mudan a nuestros hogares a cobijarse de los peligros nocturno de la noche de sus depredadores .

It is amazing to see how these insects leave their habitat and move into our homes to shelter from the nocturnal dangers of their predators.

Este insectos es conocido como la polilla jeroglífica, cuyo nombre científico es
Diphthera festiva el cual habita en parte América del norte, América central y américa del Sur .

This insect is known as the hieroglyphic moth, whose scientific name is
Diphthera festiva which inhabits parts of North America, Central America and South America.

Los colores que conforma está polilla en sus alas son de color amarillo limón con un patrón elaborado de líneas gris azuladas metálicas y tres filas de puntos paralelos al margen externo; cómo amarillo limón con líneas gris azuladas metálicas; abdomen negro; alas traseras gris oscuro con pelos pálidos a lo largo de los bordes.

The wing colors of this moth are lemon yellow with an elaborate pattern of metallic bluish-gray lines and three rows of dots parallel to the outer margin; lemon yellow with metallic bluish-gray lines; black abdomen; dark gray hind wings with pale hairs along the edges.

Para nuestra agricultura este tipo de insectos es una especie de amenaza a las plantas sobretodo cuando se encuentran en forma de larva o gusano
ya que se observar que estas larvas en los primero estadíos se alimentan raspando el dermis de las hojas hasta dejar completamente desnuda las venas de las hojas por eso en ocasiones se pueden considerar como plagas ya que al permanecer agrupada (desfolian) es decir provocan la caída de las hojas en cuestión de horas o pocos días..

For our agriculture this type of insects is a kind of threat to plants, especially when they are in the form of larvae or worms.
since it is observed that these larvae in the first stages feed by scraping the dermis of the leaves until they leave the veins of the leaves completely naked, that is why sometimes they can be considered as pests since they remain grouped (defoliate) that is to say they cause the fall of the leaves in a matter of hours or a few days.
